Complaint Review: A-1 Travel Vacations Aka Magical Memory Vacations

I finally contacted this company after more than 6 months! They DID NOT have a working phone number until this year. For all the people who have lost money and will lose money(my vacation package will expire in May but I couldn't contact this company until Feburary, go figure!) I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and I would suggest everyone else t do the same!

They claim they can't refund or "bend the rules" for people, but how are you bending the rules when you've shafted so many people? I spoke to Megan(she's on vacation for a week) and Amy in the Compliance department.(not cooperative)

If they tell you the phone was out of service for a week they are lying the phone hasn't worked in more than 6 MONTHS! I've checked numerous times since November 2004 and I have a letter stating that fact.

It's illegal that they are selling these packages knowingly giving a wrong phone #, Contact the BBB before you lose your money also!
