Complaint Review: A-1 Wireless And Wirefly

Check the A-Wireless site for four days and they were offering the New RAZR 4 phones at $199.99 with two rebates that would cover the intire cost of the phones if you orered T-Moible Service. I called and ordered four phones and the family plan on Oct. 3, 2005 and was told that I would get the rebates on all four phones as stated on their web site, that the forms would be in the shipping boxes with the phones. I recieved the phones on Oct. 4, 2005 but their were not rebate forms.

I called their customer services department on the morning of Oct. 6,2005 to see about my rebate forms and was told there was no rebates on these phones. I then told them to look at their own website, that the offer was still there for everyone to see, the employee said yes today it is there but it was not on Monday Oct. 3. After a long heated discussion I was transfered to a supervisor who then told me that YES the rebates were their on Oct. 3, 2005 and I would get my $800.00 back, that the rebate forms would be mailed to me in seven days.

On Saturday Oct. 8, I got an e-mail from their customer services department again stating that I would not get my rebates, that their was not such offer on my phones.

This company is running a SCAM, I have been on their website from Sept. 30-through Oct. 24, and on all days they were running the same add with different prices, but it always stated the the phones would have two rebates each, and the cost would be $0 for each phone.

Buyer beware, A-1 Wireless and Wirefly are the same company and have been running the same add.
