Hello my name is Kirk; I recently used this so-called company for a move needed by my family and me. So I went online and filled out a request to get quotes from moving companies located near me in Littleton Colorado. A 2 B was the first to call me. I had spoken to a girl, I believe her name was Tara boncucio, she was so nice and considerate it blew me away. She seemed very knowledgeable about what to expect and how much it would cost me. Everything seemed great so I decided to book with the company. That was my first mistake. I contracted 1 truck and 4 men at 105 dollars per hour and for them to be there at 8AM. They showed up almost 3 hours late in a rental truck and when they did told me it was going to be 110 an hour. I thought to myself you have got to be kidding me at that point I had to be moved that day and just choose to go along with it. When the foreman opened the contract he seemed strongly out of it, almost as if he was on drugs or something of that nature. He was slurring words and didn't even know how to explain his own paperwork to me. It wasn't but 5 mins in to the move when the first ting went wrong! They put 2 50 cent piece sized holes in my wall where the armor was being tipped so they could move it. I just happened to be in the room when it happened the mover just laughed and said sorry nothing I could have done. That was just the beginning, they scratched the screen of my big screen TV, dented numerous walls, tracked mud all over the new carpet I had installed to sell my house. They also broke a small entertainment center and told me it was practical board and I quote "since it was a piece of s**t we will not cover it". After everything was said and done I paid 3 hours longer than I was quoted as well as over 300 in packing material that was supposedly included in the cost. Tara's exact words were this price covers everything. IT DID NOT!!!!!

I paid the bill because I just wanted them gone, the movers were not hard workers and for the most part sat on the truck smoking cigarettes talking about all of the drugs they had taken the night before. I overheard them call me an a*****e and my wife a b***h so i just wanted them gone. I thought this would be the end of it, boy was I wrong. A couple of days went by and as we unpacked my wife came to me asking if I had seen her locket that her great grandmother had given her. No, i responded. She said she had left on the mantel over the new fire place in the master bedroom the night before the movers came. I didn't want to just accuse them so we tore up the entire house looking for this priceless object. It was nowhere to be found. So I called down to the office just to talk with the owner to see if there was any way he could see if one of his employee's had it. WE JUST WABTED IT BACK!!!. When I explained everything to Tara at first she was very understanding, and even said she had a few reports of similar incidents over the last few days. So she put me through to Jordan who was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He told me there was no way he was just going to accuse his men of this and no way for him to get the locket back to us. So i tried to reason with him to maybe get a discount off my move for all that had happened. Now this actually happened, Jordan just LAUGHED and said" ARE YOU CRAZY BUD!! THERE IS NO WAY I AM GONNA GIVE YOU A DIME. YOUR LYING JUST TO GET MONEY BACK. After a heated argument with the man I decided to cut my losses that was just nothing I could do except tell the world about his company. Not sure why I did this but I ran a 6 dollar back round check on both Jordan and Tara.


GUESS WHAT THEY ARE BITH FELONS, TARA EVEN HAD A CHILD TAKEN IN TO CUSTODY BY SOCIAL SEVICES

**** THINGS WILL COME UP MISSING FROM YOUR HOUSE!

**** MOVERS ARE ON DRUGS ANDF DO A LOT OF DAMAGE!

To all who read this please feel free to contact me personally at any time for more information on this so-called rip off report. It is clearly so absurd and unbelievable all of my information is posted, none from the customer, please ask the so-called customer for more details, can they prove this at all? It's odd that this customers name is Kirk the same name posted on the home page of our website's testimonial and Kirk is more than willing to tell you how great this company really is. Also the two rip off reports sound amazingly the same posted ten minutes from each other on the same day??? We are locally owned and operated; we have a list of references a mile high of satisfied customers. PLEASE DO NOT BE ALARMED this is a case of slander and have the police reports on file. We are a smaller and newer company and all of my employee's are experienced movers that were handpicked. This is the advantage of being a smaller company, I don't need employees as bad as some of the bigger companies, we can and do take the time to hand pick them. We do not use any felons or thieves, We actually can prove this as well, we are monitored by the united states department of transportation along with the local public utilities commission both of which REQUIRE BY LAW to do drug testing, physicals and other hiring stipulations on all employee's and at a-2-b moving they go through an even more rigorous training process because we dearly care about customer satisfaction. Like I said this is a fake and do not be alarmed ask for references we have never had a damage or a complaint and we strive to keep it that way in fact my employees get bonuses based on customer satisfaction and we monitor this by customer comment questionnaires.
