Complaint Review: RENCEA ABCO

To whom it may concern :

I signed a contract with A ABCO in July of 2003 to provide me with Pest Control for general pest and Termite, the manager Ted Pritchard reliably, promptly performed service and eliminated my pest problem but when it came to renewing my contract Ted told me that I did not need any more uneccessary expense and that
he believes by providing more service when their is no active pest is during a disservice to me. I told him that I wanted preventive sevice. his reply was that the least amount of chemical I have around is better then having uneeded chemical that may cause illiness later in years.

YOU BE THE JUDGE IS THE RIGHT ?

tED GOES TO MY CHURCH AND PERFORMS PEST CONTROL FOR ALL THE CONGREGATION WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 2500 MEMBER, i UNDERSTAND THAT tED IS A SOLID CHRISTIAN BUT i BELIEVE HE SHOULD RENEW MY CONTRACT, HIS COMPANY A ABCO IS VERY POPULAR AROUND FAYETTE COUNTY. SO WHAT DO YOU THINK
