I have never in my life written a review of a company but my experience with A and E Factory Service has been such a horrible one that I had to let people know. GE appliance repair, and now I know other companies use them as well, forced me to schedule these createns to fix my stove. They never called and never showed up between the half day schedule they gave me. When I called back all I got was an independent call center who told me that a manager would call me in the morning and I never received that call either. When I finally contacted them to reschedule they put me off a whole week and I was still speaking with a general call center person who refused to let me speak to a manager and would extremely rude. When I called GE Consumer Relations to complain they told there was nothing theuy could and that A and E was reputable company and they have never had a complaint against them, which is a total lie. After doing one search on the internet, I have notfound one single person satisfied with thier service. They are a horrible company and I can not believe that the major companies out there still do business with them. At this point I am going to research all the companies that use A and E and never buy anything from any of those companies just to avoid having to deal with this %*@($*Q company. They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
