Look after working for the company all I can say is push push push they don't understand family or personnel loss unless its from there wallet they cry if you go home or if you hurt their plans the dispatchers are pushing and pushy and they make the best money because there personnel trucks get the better loads or the family members driving them well get the good pay while you get the trash loads the person who does payroll well defend her steriod hubby the owners are senile and the dogs are probably the smartest of the bunch and I hear a certain dispatcher came back so be ready to be disrespected and shoved around I am so glad I quit and now my new job lets me go home every week and I still make the same amount of money
Also I now work for a company that pays their fuel bill their was several documented times I sat for 6+ hours to pay for fuel
all I say is this company has a lot of internal issues and the drivers pay for it I am sure if a lawyer looked at their books it would not jive I see a company that is imploding like a black hole
I am so sorry I went to work their if I was driving down the road and saw steriod monkey hurt I wouldn't stop to even dial 911 because what goes around comes around right steriod boy and payroll don't defend them taking our money cause you won't change my mind
I would rather shovel crsp for minimum wage than drive for this company for million a week its not money it was treatment and it was predijuce it was disrespectful and I felt used like a w***e with out getting a kiss.

100% lies lies lies lies from former employees who dont like to work for there money. I'm sure they are now happier and more comfortable at there new jobs at Swift or maybe JB Hunt or Schneider because that's where they belong. At their new jobs they have people that think for them tell them when to wake up tell them where to go and what to do. So to all the A&J haters out there I say " frac you" stop hating it doesn't pay and karma is a b****. Accept the fact that you're lazy and you don't like to work. Work on ur self become a better person stop hating.

I've read several negative comments about A&J transportation and they are all untrue. From not getting paid, to waiting 6 Plus hours to get fuel. Remember these negative comments are coming from people that in my opinion truly want something for nothing and don't want to work for their pay. Every single time I've had a problem at A&J transportation it's been solved even on the weekends the numbers for the managers are given to u from day one not office numbers personal cell phone numbers and they've always answered my calls This is in my opinion one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Just like any job you get out what you put into it . I believe these people wanted to lay up at the truck stop or the casino - truck stop and do nothing and get paid for it. This is a 24/7 operation yes family members are involved in this company but there's thousands and thousands of companies that have family members involved in their companies "family owned" and 99% of the time as we all know those are the best companies to work for. But if you're lazy and you have a gambling casino problem or you don't like to wake up on time or like to hang out at truck stops and not work.then yes avoid A&J transportation. but if you like to make money and run hard if you have some self pride self discipline and want to be part of a great company with family atmosphere then yes give my boss " Wes" a call today and A&J! This is the whole truth about A&J don't believe the lies give it a try call A&J today!

EVERYTHING THEY SAY ABOUT A&J ABSOLUTELY IS 100% CLOSER TO 100% TRUTH THEIR PASSION IS $$$$$$ THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT PUSHING YOU TO GO GET LOADED, THEY RIP YOU OFF WHEN IT COMES TO DUMURAGE , WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PAYCHECK THEY BEGIN DRAGGING THEIR FOOT WITH SO MANY EXCUSES.
