Complaint Review: A and L Reduction Experts

TO ALL READERS OF RIP OFF REPORT. MY NAME IS ASIMA KHAN AND I AM THE OWNER OF A AND L REDUCTION EXPERTS... A few days ago my boyfriend (James Fiscelli) told me that he came accross this complaint about me on rip off report. Yes, his name does sound a lot like that of the author of the complaint (strange).... Naturally, i was stunned and extremely concerned that someone would write such an outlandish report about both me and my business partner. The number one thing that caught my attention is that whoever the person is that wrote the original complaint went as far as using my boyfriend's name. This tells me right off the bat that it is someone that knows me personally. The second thing that threw me off was to see my STOLEN facebook picture that anyone can go and copy and paste... the third thing that was sketchy was to read that it was "supposedly" someone from a company called LMB (loan modification bureau??) So i decided to do some research and as it turns out the ONLY company's out there with this name are a company that involves insurance of some kind and the league of michigan bicyclists.. WHICH NEITHER HAVE ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO DO WITH LOAN MODIFICATIONS OR INVESTIGATIONS OF ANY SORT!!! (Feel free to google LMB yourself.) So then i decided to dig further. This is when i contacted The Federal Modification Bureau and spoke with a very nice man named Scott. He informed me that they absolutely do not post ANY complaints on ANY websites besides there own, and this is ONLY done when a thorough investigation is done on the company that recieves the complaint. He also assured me that other legitimate loan modification companies do the exact same thing.

I have very much reason to believe that the person who posted this has a personal vandetta out for both me and my business partner. Especially because the picture posted of me was STOLEN directly from my facebook!! Which is why i urge you to look at the facts...

1) Lindsay and I have only been in business since November, 2009, which proves right there that there is no way we have been under investigation for two years! (I have paperwork to prove this date.)  Two years ago i was working as a manager of Kate Spade (which i also have paperwork to prove this)and had no link to loan modifications what so ever, so please ask yourself how we could have been "supposedly" taking clients monies as stated in the ridiculous original complaint!!

2) We actively have ONLY 50 clients at the present moment. Dont you think if we were "scamming people" we would have a ton more!?!? we have 50 so far beacause we are strictly helping only those that qualify for a loan modification. we dont just help everyone hoping that it will go through like some modification companies do.. My goal is to help people who are legitimately in a financial struggle, not to make tons of money off of others misfortune.  So i am wondering how it is possible for us to have faulted 4, 800 people out of money ?!?!?

3) If needed, with the permission of our clients, I can easily provide names and phone numbers to the clients that we have successfully helped in the quest for a loan modification. Trust me when i say, people are very pleased and happy with our above and beyond services. Since we have been in business, we have already successfully completed 10 loan modifications and expect to close another 20 within the next month, That means we are getting them done within a three month span. Id say thats pretty great!!!

4) As far as the "supposed" 1300 lawsuits that are currently taking place against us... NEWS TO ME?!?!? Just reading that makes me want to laugh beacuse i can't imagine that taking place while the business is still operating??? Im pretty sure we would be shut down by the attorney general at this point!!!

5) Also, Lindsay and I have NEVER been to either prison or jail...  I mean,, are you serious?!?!? I can provide proof of this as well, if ANYONE would like. We come from great families and are educated, successful women.  We are both bachelor's degree holders and we have worked very hard to get where we are.

6) Rip Off Report IS NOT a formal complaint website. It is a site where ANY PERSON AT ANY GIVEN TIME CAN WRITE ANYTHING THEY WANT ABOUT ANYONE.. WHICH MEANS IT IS NOT ALWAYS
100% ACCURATE!! IT IS ALL FREE SPEECH!! So it is very easy for a person who has a personal issue with you to try to bring down all of your hard work.. try it and see how easy it is to post a complaint..
absolutely NO INVESTIGATION goes into it!! Always ask for proof.. If someone is telling the truth, they should have no problem providing it! As i am willing to provide any proof necessary to back up this statement.

On a final note... I want to urge everyone that comes accross this site to please do the research... If you have ANY questions, or ANY concerns, please contact me and ask me for any proof necessary. I am extremely proud of our work and stand behind our company 100%. I am ALWAYS willing to discuss anything as i have absolutely nothing to hide. My goal is to help anyone that i can and i hope that you will think twice before believing this garbage complaint that is backed up by ZERO PROOF or any COMMON SENSE for that matter.
