A&B Maintenance and Repair Brian Keel and Amy Decker, proprietors Entered into bad Craigslist transaction with these 2 people. Horrible experience. Mount Pleasant, Michigan
On 11/3/09 I struck a deal with Brian Keel the owner of this business for a fishing reel he advertised on the Lansing Craigslist. I asked if he accepted Paypal and he said yes, and gave me the email address abmainrepair@yahoo.com which is where I forwarded the Paypal payment. It so happens that is his wife's email address and an email address that they use for their business. At that time he promised to get it "right out". 10 days later when the reel still hadn't arrived at my home address in PA I obtained his phone number from a website that I located when I Googled on the above email address. I called Brian and told him the reel hadn't arrived and he told me he had sent it but couldn't remember exactly when and would get back to me with a tracking number. That is the last I have heard from Brian Keel or Amy Decker (Brian's wife) whose name appears on the Paypal account for that email address. They have not replied to my emails or returned my phone calls. When I do dial their phone number they appear to hide behind their caller ID. After 15 days and still no fishing reel I have instituted a formal complaint withPaypal ro retrieve my payment. Definitely don't do business with them on Craigslist or eBay and if you do business with them make sure you transmit funds in a secure manner such as Paypal. I would not make a down payment on some big job to these people. They will skip out on you. Not reputable, and definitely non-communicative.
