They did a solid job in my home.. I will not contest that. But the follow through from them was simply atrocious. After fixing my ceiling, the gentleman sub-contracted by A-Best were asked to hang my new curtain rods, and repair my ceiling fan. The gentleman they sent installed the curtain rod, and noted that the ceiling fan was beyond repair, as the
gentleman we cut it down via  orders.... cut the wires too short to reinstall.

After the repairman left, I surveyed his work. He improperly installed 3 different wall anchors, and left the curtains
hanging, putting stress on the new wall True just installed! And with a broken ceiling fan beyond repair, I was forced to purchase a new one.

With new ceiling fan in tow, but no way to put it up myself (I'm a computer guy, not much else) I called A-Best in hopes of getting help installing it. I called them NO LESS THAN 8 times this week. I left voicemails every time. And here I sit, not being contacted once! I can be patient... and know we're all busy. But to not call someone back after a WEEK? That's unacceptable.

If A-Best didn't want my business, they could have at least told me.

Blogger claims "They did a solid job in my home.. I will not contest that. But the follow through from them was simply atrocious. After fixing my ceiling, the gentleman sub-contracted"

Rebuttal - We do not sub-contract any portion of our work out, we do all of our work in house. Everyone knows that the last interaction with the homeowner has to be the best one, so that potentially he would refer other jobs based on his experience. Why would any company that provides construction services send someone they hire on a job by job base to represent them. This is not something we stand behind nor a practice of ours. As to the rest of the work Blogger says that we have done a solid job - why would at the very end of a paying home owner would we send someone who will ruin our name and reputation.

This is a straight forward example of how Ripoffreport website does not really verify true claims and their validity.
