I ordered and paid for a coffee table in May 2009. After many, many excuses as to why the table wasn't shipped, I finally asked for a refund before Christmas.
I was assured a refund was coming. Here it is April 2010 and no refund. After I filed a report with the BBB in Tenn., she said she never received anything from the BBB and would send a refund immediately. She pleaded with me that she wasn't trying to cheat me. That was over a month ago now.
I'm completely frustrated with this situation. Please read the other posts about this company. It seems the same thing happens over and over.
