TO: (((REDACTED))), San Jose , CA(((REDACTED))). 2) On or about the same day (Monday, 3/2/2009), your staff had provided me with a quote #6143 / Invoice #03123, in the amount of $795.00 to perform the above service. 3) On or about Saturday, 3/21/2009, my husband (((REDACTED))) and I had authorized Ms. Margaret (whose last name was concealed from us) in the amount of $810.00, including all other fees, for the above service. On Tuesday, 3/24/2009, this amount of $810.00 was electronically withdrawn from our checking account, ending (((REDACTED))). 4) On or about Wednesday, 4/1/2009, I had identified another (unauthorized) electronic withdrawal of the another sum of $810.00 from A-Blue Knight Inc. 5) From about 4/6/2009 to 4/20/2009, my husband and I had called your company a few dozens of times, inquiring and chasing this unauthorized withdrawal of the second amount of $810.00, suffering numerous rude behaviors and unprofessional responses, including many abrupt hangups from your staffs, including Mr. John (whose last name has been concealed from us), the Operations Manager. Finally, your staff acknowledged that it was an overcharge of the second time for the same serivce. 6) On or about Friday, 4/24/2009, I finally received the promised overcharge in amount of $810.00 in the CitiBank type of check, and I depositted this check into my above checking account in the same day. 7) On or about Friday, 5/8/2009, I had received a notice from Bank of America, indicating the above $810.00 CitiBank check was a fraudulent and uncashable check. 8) On Monday, 5/11/2009, my husband and I called your company numerous occasions, again suffering numerous hangups and delays. I was able to finally talk to again, Mr. John, the Operations Manager, who directed me to re-deposit the returned check to Bank of America, and hung-up, without allowing me to say any further. 9) After suffering numerous rude, fradulent, un-professional behaviors from the staffs of A-BlueKnights Inc., my husband and I NO LONGER BE ABLE TO TRUST YOU, YOUR STAFFS, and YOUR COMPANY to ship my car on the above indicated date. We have decided to CANCEL our order of shipment of our car and will find other alternative carrier/vendor to ship our car. 10) We would appreciate greatly that you refund fully in amount of $1,620.00 ($810.00 + $810.00) in a real and cashable US currency in the form of cashier check via FedEx immediately. She is not due another $810.00 check in the amount of $560 will be mailed to her as well. No payment was ever unauthorized, phone calls are recorded and customer acknowledged the amount of sum debited. =================================================================== However, after we received the $560.00, we deposited the check and it also bounded. We apologize for any delay in responding as we are in the process of moving from DE to CA. Often time, we don't have access to the internet readily. Attached are the copies of the 2nd bounded check (Front & Back) of the A-Blue Knight, Inc, along with copies of BofA statements. We are incredibly weary in dealing with this A-Blue Knight Auto Transport company. As the result, we had cancelled their order and ordered Kellys Auto Transport (Chris: 951-845-6224 ) to transport our car from DE to CA. We appreciate any of your help in re-couping our money. We would suggest the State Attorney office to monitor this unscruptuous scam artist and/or setup a sting operation to see this company to serve its customers well, if legimate, and shut it down, if it is illegal.
