I made a reservation with A Bouncing Good Time and Greg Lewis on November 3 for a bounce house for my
daughter's birthday party in mid December. The owner was nice enough, and I made a reservation for Dec. 11.

The week of the party (which was on a Sunday), I sent an email to the company to finalize things and go
over the details.  I rec'd no reply.  I left two voice messages on Thurs and Fri and neither were acknowledged or returned.

Since I didn't hear back, I made other arrangements.  The owner finally called me back at 6pm the
night before the party. He tried telling me that he didn't forget, and had nothing but excuses as to why he didn't respond to my emails and phone messages.  He said his dad was in surgery.  I feel bad that his dad was in surgery, but it's no excuse not to call someone, or to at least change your voicemail and tell customers that their reservations are still on and not to worry, and that you have limited access to phone, etc.

I asked him, "If you sent emails and left messages with a customer that went unanswered, would you still think the deal was on?"  Does he really expect parents to wait until the last minute to hear that their bounce house is coming the next day?

I wouldn't use this company, and I certainly recommend them either.  A Bouncing Good Time and Gregory Lewis are unreliable, and full of excuses.  Parents don't have time to mess around when planning a first birthday party, and he didn't seem to care that I had to make other arrangements
