Complaint Review: A brush above painting

Wow do I got quick story for the people of America.. Above the brush painting company runned by mike Kennedy is a complete rip off.. This guy was supposed to do a job for me In July, I gave him half of the money up front only because he had written documents and I felt like it was legit deal.. Mike himself at first seemed like a straight forward business man.. Plus he had calander with dates and times of other businesses he was painting those following weeks.. At this point mike had me from the go, than he took a minute debating were he was gonna place me in his busy schedule, but that was all part of his act.. Well a week goes by and this no good con artist never comes or shows.. I call him, he answers and plays the whole scene of he forgot. Tomorrow mr kennedy says.. I said ok and again the next day goes by and another call is given.. He than try's to push my date back 2 weeks and says he's to busy. at this point I was done and ask for my money back. He tells me no problem and says he's gonna cut a check and mail it to me. It's been 1 month and I have no money nor does mike even return any calls of mine. His business he claims he has, doesn't even exist cuz I drove out their and it was empty buildings. His wife is the one who answers the main line and mike does the other line. So this whole business is run from home. And mike is running this rip off business on his own. He stole from me 350. And I hope he reads this. I have proof of everything from mike stating he would send the check to the check already sent to no more texts or answering. Mike I want my money back, and for the ppl of America do not trust this guy with nothing. Above the brush painting is not to be dealt with. Mike if want to handle this you know my number I just want my money back and ill take this report off..
