I left my 2004 Mustang SVT Cobra on or about December 1, 2005 for warranty work on carpet, bushings, rear deck spoiler, and transmission/shifter.

About 3 weeks later on one of several follow-up visits to the dealership (they never called me at all, I always had to initiate contact) I was queried on weather I wanted them to begin work on my car.

To this day I still don't understand why the car was there 3-4 weeks before they started work on it. It was also at this time I was informed my car had been vandalized and had body damage, but they would repair the damage to both of the fenders, but the clutch needed replacing on a car I only had 1-2 months, and I had to pay.

In addition, they never initiated contact to let me know when my car would be finished, so I contacted Ford Corporate Office who called the dealership an got things moving. Corporated informed me the car would be ready in a couple of days.

In conclusion, it was late in the day when I picked up the car which was dirty inside and out, but the next day upon closer inspection I noticed "over spray" all over the car, scratches, the clear coat on the entire car was "burned" from the improper use of a high speed buffer. The paint job is ruined.

PS. Is this the way you treat a customer who in the past year has patronized Ford by purchasing a 35k Jack Roush Mustang Covertible, a 35k drop top Cobra, and a 37k Harley Davidson supercharged truck?
