I am being accused of getting a cash from cash advance USA that I never applied for and never got. This company called ACS legal has been calling my friends and my in-laws it has caused a rift between me and my mother in-law she thinks I am a thief .It is making my life a hell. When I called them back this Indian man William started telling me that I owed 300 dollars and they were going to send out a sheriff tomorrow if I did not pay it today. When I ask any questions like give me a number to call or an address to write to them he just kept cutting me off, Finally I got a number and it keeps saying the person at this number can not take the call and the voice mail box is full and can not take anymore calls the number is 561-948-3837. Also he gave me a claim number 561 948 3837. I do not know what to do, does any one have some advice?

Just what it is - a scam - you owe no monies and cannot be arrested, sued or wages garnished - when they call back tell them YOU know it is a scam and hang up
