In Dec 01, I signed up for a 1 year $79.99 membership. However I did not receive the information packet until feb 2002. On Jan 3, 2003, I called & cancelled my membership. However, I never received the full refund do me.

I have called and/or written several times to the company. Yet neither the calls or a response to my refund demand are address.

This is desceptive (as well as fraudulent) advertising.
Please note that I also have the cancellation #, which I will give you once I am contacted regarding this matter
