I ordered a 33 Key Professional Bump Key Set for $89.99 + tax. It took forever for it to finally arrive in the mail even though I paid the extra for expedited shipping. It appears as if they waited for the funds to clear even though I paid with a credit card through there site before they even began processing the order.
When I received the order only 25 keys were in the set. I tried calling customer service repeatedly at all hours of the day EST but I was never able to talk to a real person.
I went to their on-line site and filled out the contact us page describing that my order was not fulfilled properly and never received any correspondence back.
29 days later I receive an email asking to review the product and in return I would receive a $10 voucher. I filled out the review and at the end asked to be contacted regarding the incomplete fulfilled order. I never received the $10 voucher or any correspondence regarding my original order.
Out of the 33 keys, 8 keys were missing from the set and another 3 were not identifiable.
