Davd Higuita was recommended to me by someone who had his number. I called and met with him in July 2016 for a restaurant design. It was discusse and agreed so I gave him an immediate payment of $3000 depsoit towards the total cost of $5000. Month after month went by with no calls or reply from him. I requested several meetings and called him several times and he never committed to meeting again. It s now 7 months and I find all these rip off reports and that he is a Scam artist who does this all the time to home owners. David Higuita of a d solutions and a d design group is a fraud and will scam you of your money. I am a business person who values a good reputation like most business people, but I had to take the time to let eveyone know this guy is not honest, lies and steals from hard working.

David was recommeded to us my our realtor back in September 2016 to get all our Building Department issues squared away since we were considering selling our house in the spring of 2017. When David came to us he had already reviewed our homes records brought the various forms with him to be filled out signed and notarized. We have been working with David for many months now and he has been right on schedule with our project it is almost completed. He has kept us up to date with his progress via emails and texts, I would use him again and recommend him.
