Complaint Review: A Divorce by phone-North America Group Inc.

This comapny was advertised in the Vacaville, CA telephone book. They do not tell you when you call that they are not in your area. After giving my credit card information I was told I would receive a receipt and I needed to sign and return it.  After reading the receipt, the services that were told on the phone were different than what was on the receipt.  I called immediately and asked not to proceed and was told...sorry but you started the process and we will not stop the process.

Frank frustrated me so bad that I had to hang up on him. He was relentless. I did not sign and return the receipt acklowledging that I agreed. I then called my credit card company and filed a dispute claim.  After several calls with the credit card company, they were not able to resolve the problem. This company is a scam, there is no website and no address. When you enter A Divorce by phone you get directed here the "Rip Off Report"  I hope people will try and investigate this on the internet before committing to anything.
