A & E Factory Service has stolen four of my husband's work days by scheduling repair appointments and not showing up. Two of the appointments were scheduled and then cancelled that day (after arranging our day to avail ourselves) and a third was scheduled and they never showed or gave a coutesy call to say that a technician was not arriving. The fourth I did not return there phone call within a certain period of time so the technician returned.

As a result of their incompetence, aside from losing four days my husband was upset with me and we had to cancel our Magic Mountain trip because his check was short $350.00 dollars. Our dryer is only three weeks old and we just moved into our home. I had to hang dry my four childrens clothes anywhere I could find. I had to iron it. I go to work at 6:45 am and get home at 6:30 because we live out in the country. I have to endure preparing tlate night meals and having to iron clothes every night. Because I have to wait for the clothes to dry.

It is sad that Delano Home Depot chosen to use A & E as one of their subcontractors. Very Bad Choice Home Depot
