A&E Factory Service Understaffed Slidel louisiana
A&E replaced the compressor to my LG refrigerator on Sept 18, 2014; however, the freezer never cooled and the ice maker did not start working again. Scheduled another appointment for Nov. 3, 2014 (frig was still working on Oct. 24th). The technician was a no-show. It will be another week before they can get a technician to us. All food has spoiled and frig and freezer are hot. Very poor customer service and totally understaffed.
