We contracted this company to pick our van on February 26,2008. we had to contact them 2 days later because no contract was sent. Our van wasnt picked up on March 3-4, 2008 like it was supposed to be. We then contacted the company to find out what the problem was, and this is where our nightmare begins.

We repeatedly called this company to only have the most ignorant people in the world recieve our complaints. They were miserable and rude and everytime we called they hung up on us. We were actually told by one of the "normal" people after weeks of problems that if we wait 14 business days we will be entitled to a full refund of our deposit.

That is exactly what we tried to do! We contacted the company on the 14th day and we were told we had to wait 4 more days. we did that as well! The "manager" we spoke to said our check would be put in the mail that day. A week and a half later we recieved the check. The best part of the story is , they sent us a bogus check!!!!! I called Capitol One Bank today to find out why the check couldn't be cashed or deposited and they told me there were no funds in the account to cover my refund.

And as usual no one was available to speak to when I called about my problem. I was told to call back again tomorrow to get the same answer Im sure. This is $400.00 they are playing with after a month of problems. I would really like for someone to contact me about this ASAP. I would love to file a suit if possible. Because of this company I have been without my car for over a month.
