I just want to start off my saying this company deliberately stole our belongings.  My husband was being deployed so they knew we would not realize the items stolen for at least a year.

In the beginning of the move, they lied on the phone and stated they do military type moves.  I specifically asked for items to placed in a crate, inventory taken, storage, and SOME packing.  1) the movers came in flip flops, took breaks, there were no crates, inventory was not taken.  2) they dont actually provide storage (which I specifically asked for climate controlled, and was quote a price and a size) they sent us to a storage that they had not set up with.  The storage was Waikele Storage which is not climate controlled...its is caves.  The price quoted as for a storage unit that was too small and was told we would have to pay more for a bigger one.

I had to take time to sign a lease/contract for the storage unit because at this point e had no other option.  The movers said they could make our stuff work with the smaller storage unit.  As they were packing out belongings in storage they were taking their slow sweet time.  I had to speak with them several times about the playing around and not working.  They took so long I had to leave and pick up my husband from work.  When i returned, they were gone, storage unit was locked up.

They had thrown the rest of our belongings into the storage unit.  It looked horrible.  They put heavy things on top of boxes labeled fragile.  They scratched and damaged our leather chairs. (I have pictures of how the items were thrown into storage).

The workers were actually upset because I refused to leave a tip.

When we retrieved our belongings.  There was a box in our storage unit that was not ours.  When we started unpacking we were missing a glass table top for our end tables, boxes from the kitchen and bathroom.

HERE IS THE KICKER and this proves that the above items were not taken mistakenly, or left on the truck accidentally, but but deliberately.  We went to get one of our lap tops out that I had put in a plastic tub underneath shoes....IT WAS GONE!

In addition, the STOLE a $500 watch (and left the box it was in) that my husband had just gotten for Christmas.

I dont see how a company with numerous reports for the same offenses can continue to stay in business a steal from people.  Its ridiculous and I really think they specifically take advantage of the deploying military because it wont be reported for a year.

I actually filed a report with the BBB immediately after the move because they charged us for 12 boxes but only used 3.  Charged us for numerous rolls of tape and shrink wrap that was not used.  I also filed another report with the BBB after returning and realizing the first set of items were missing.  After completely unpacking, I am now going to file a police report and a report with the Hawaii BBB.

THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
