Complaint Review: A FINE IMAGE PHOTO AND VIDEO

I am a new bride who went through A Fine Image for my photography. After researching their website, I met with the owner's wife and asked her to se samples from all the photographers on staff. The albums they showed me were amazing!! As it turns out, the albums were only samples from the owner's wife and they do not use staff photographers.

A Fine Image is an agency who, after getting you to sign with them, contracts other photographers to do the work so you don't know what you're getting.

When I called to complain after seeing my photos, I got screamed at and insulted by the owner. I tried to tell him that I want only a few pictures on CD and he said that I have no choice but to purchase all the images and I needed to come to him with $2,000 cash, on my knees begging him for my pictures or they would be erased and I would be left with nothing. I couldn't believe it!!

For any brides-to-be. Please stay away from A Fine Image Photo and Video. It is nothing but a bate a switch operation that they are running!
