After waiting 6 months for delivery, I have in the last month requested a refund to my credit card, over two weeks ago.

As today, 12th June, it had not been received, I phoned again and upon demanding an immediate refund, not only did they refuse to state they would do it within an agreed time, the phone was put down on me. They were happy taking my money, but cant tell me when they will refund me as they are obviously "very busy" ripping people off.

I have now passed matters over to the retailers dispute department of my credit card company but want to warn other customers thinking of byuing from AG Budget.

A G Budget have refunded my money! Please remove this report as it appears to be the only one on A G Budget and according to your rules, it needs two entries at least, so perhaps a mistake occurred when filing?

In Good Faith and Without Prejudice - Please remove the original report

I have now received my refund albeit after the publication of the report and 1 week later than promised by AG Budget. The delay had been badly troubling me and my family and I didnt know what else to do, having tried several times, finally having the phone put down on me thus leaving me without any avenue for direct communications to recover my money...

I only wanted to: 1) get my refund; 2) find out if anyone else had similar problems as I was very concerned as to whether I would ever get my money back hence the (without prejudice or malice)question I asked on the original report regarding any information people might have had on the financial status of the company.

I never intended to harm the company and now believe a, without prejudice, apology and retraction for my use of words regarding their financial status which could, though I honestly believe it shouldnt, be mis-interpreted: It was a simple question so I could decide whether to contact my lawyers or not.

So, A G Budget, please accept my without prejudice apologies for any mis-interpretation of my original question and its retraction. I am very disappointed that it took this long to get my refund when in the past I have had good service from yourselves. PLEASE dont put the phone down on your customers, it was very upsetting and stressful.

I was also surprised to see that my report had been filed on the ripoff web site as there does not appear to be any other entries and I thought at least two were required. If this is a mistake on my part, then I am very upset and do apologise... I have asked ripoffreport.com to remove it.

Finally, thank you for the refund and I hope your company continues to prosper as clearly you were able to refund me.
