MY television which is barely a year old (Grip with philips too) keep on turning off and on it would not stay on. so i called philips and they refered meto this place.

first i had to wait four weeks before they could come and pickit up. they then gave me a recipct that said it would take 10 til 14 business days to fix my set. they picked it up on january 12,2006 so on feb 1,2006 i called and ask was it finished. they told me that they had to order a part so again i waited.

so today feb 14 i called again and ask was it ready. I was told again they have to order a part. so i ask what is taking so long and was told it going to take as long as it take. so i again ask how long and was told that i can have it back they way it was. i said it not fix so what can i do with it and was told to put it some very uncomfortable places.

so now im out a tv. i then told the sale lady it doesnt take that long to do open heart surgery. a&g is only good if you want you stuff gone so long you forget you own it. dont do business with this crap hole. you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!

I took my Pioneer receiver to A&G, because the inputs had gotten loose after 10 years of use. When I dropped it off, I was told that it would take about a week to get an estimate. 10 days later, I received a call from them that they had diagnosed the problem, and that the cost to fix it would be just over $100. Quite a reasonable price, in quite a reasonable length of time, I thought! They also said it would take about a week to fix.

10 days later, I received a call from A&G that the receiver is fixed and ready to pick up. I don't know why the other submitter had such a problem with A&G, but my experience was very positive.
