Complaint Review: A. HEFFCO TECH Aka HYPE AUDIO

I bought a TV from Hype Audio in June 2004 and purchased the 5-year in-home warranty for an extra $500. This weekend the bulb went out and I called the warranty company. They said the warranty was bogus-- Hype never paid the warranty company for the warranty. Therefore, my warranty is invalid, useless, and bogus. Basically, Hype Audio a/k/a Let's Go Digital stole $500 from me and issues a fake warranty.

I called Hype and they said the "Escalation Team" needs to handle it. So far I haven't received any refund.
