Complaint Review: A+ Installation

I contracted Christopher Ramsey with A+ Installations for driveway work on my property at 10980 CR 442 princeton tx 75407. Per our agreement he stated 25tons of road flex and 25tons of crushed asphalt would be delivered and spread on my driveway for the cost of $1650.00. 25tons of road flex and 12tons of crushed asphalt were delivered and spread leaving a deficit of 12tons of crushed asphalt. I contacted the delivery company "Big City" and was told originally 25tons of crushed asphalt was changed to 12tons. The total cost charged for materials and delivery was around $600. I paid Christopher Ramsey $1650.00 and didn't receive the agreed upon amount of materials. After numerous attempts to rectify the material deficit without any headway, I felt a complaint was warranted.
