Complaint Review: A'Lasche

A'Lasche Ordered trial, but no way to cancel. Internet

Ordered free trial and it was shipped on 8/25/17  I got it about 3 or 4 days later.  Wife did not like product.  There was no phone number on the packing slip to call, so I figured I would wait until product came and then call and return.  On 9/11/17, a charge for $89.69 appeared with phone number 800-704-2960 from "BEAUSKYN".  oN 9/12/17, a charge for $89.96 appeared with phone number 800-758-8412 appeard from "ECOMAXX*CLEARSKYN".  

I also found aniother number on 9/15/17 (that I have subsequently lost) for their customer service, but they were closed on that day (Saturday).  I went looking on the Internet again and found this other number:  800-958-5610.  I tired all 3 of these 800 numbers today 9/18/17, but all 3 come back to day "We are unable to complete your call at this time.  Please try again later.  There is a code at the end of the message.  It is:  message 12, seitch 438.    After three attempts to the new number, I connected and told "your call is important to us"  and 3 seconds lter, it said "Goodbye".  

I then called the 800-704-2960 number again and on the 2nd attempt I was connected.  I talked to a man named Rueben an expalined I did not want the product, but I had no way to contact them due to no number on the packing slip.  He asked if I was aware of the Terms and Conditions and I answered that they were not on the ALasche.org landing page and I could not see any link to them.  I also explained we were in the throes of preparing for Hurricane Irma the week plus before the 9/11/17 charge.  He put me on hold to "talk to his supervisor".  When he did return, he offerd me a 50% refund on the two charges.  Thinking something is better than nothing, I took it.  I got two confirmation numbers; one for each product.  He told me it would take 3 to 5 business days depending on my financial institution and that there would be no futurre shipments.

I will update this report on 10/1/17 so you know whether or not i got my 50% refund.
