A LITTLE CRAFTY EMBROIDERY A LITTLE CRAFTY.COM I MADE TWO ORDERS WITH A LITLE CRAFTY ALMOST $600.00 I PAYED WITH PAYPAL THEY SENT ME THE WRONG 1ST ORDER & NEVER SENT THE 2ND ORDER NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS JUST RIPPED ME OFF North Greece, New York
A Little crafty embroidery took my order for two differant orders. I payed almost $600.00 for patches.
2 months went by and I emailed paypal with concern because they were not returning my emails and phone calls. Then that got them ( a little crafty) to call me and they said that they were behind but they also said my orders were ready.
Another month went by and I still did not get my patches. Again I emailed and called them. Again they did not return my calls or emails.
Then finally I got my 1st order but it was to small it wasnt what I ordered at all.
Then I got a email telling me that they sent my 2nd most expencive order to the wrong address.
One email said that it was returned from the wrong address and was going to send it to me that day.
Then another email reads that they are still waiting on the order to be sent back to them. I told them Ihave two conflicting letters one says they have it one says they dont have it and still waiting on it to be sent back?
By this time they had strung me along , long enough to make it where reporting it to paypal would not get me my money back you only have so lng to have paypal take care of it.
I'm a disabled vet Afganastan 2003 and I live off a small disability check and they just took my money like I meant nothing. I think they are on crack and not runing there business right spending money on crack instead of takeing care of business bills and custormers.
There not a custom embroidery company when they rip some one off $600.00 they are common thiefs

20 Years in business and I have never seen a complaint like this one. When people complain about a business, why do they have to lie and try to get you to feel sorry for them? Be honest and tell the truth, every business has mistakes and issues. I am a person, just like everyone else.

I love what I do and I have a lot of repeat buyers, including Arthur Pogue. He had a long list of orders...all of which totaled over $600.00 together...over 4 years and we got along just fine.
These two specific orders mentioned here were for a center piece, $162.80 including shipping and the other was for a rocker set and a few one off patches $108.74 including shipping.
I made him up some sample pictures and sent them off via email. He okayed them and they were on their way to stitch IN HIS AGREED UPON SIZE. He did not like the size when he received them and I spelled out exactly what he asked for and what was paid for. Business is business and I tried to work with him and come to a conclusion on the whole thing but he did not respond to several of my emails. It was weeks in between his correspondence which does not help the issue. He said he had health issues and I was understanding.
The center patch was sent and yes, it did come back to us as I had been teaching a new employee how to use the system and she put in the wrong zip code. Our mistake and we fixed it.
I wholeheartedly support our Veterans and our Troops around the world. I have 4 family members of my own in the Armed Forces stationed on three different continents. God Bless all of them and ALL the men and women who support our country!!
If money is of such an issue and Arthur is on such a "small disability check", then perhaps he should not be purchasing expensive custom patches.
