Complaint Review: A&M Photo World

I bought a camera from them it took 2 weeks to get it with 4 day shipping then i got it and it was broken so i sent it back and 4 weeks later i got the same camera that i sent them packaged the same way i packedged it. so i sent it back again 10 weeks later still notin i called them and the said sorry to bad to sad and refused to give my mony back, after arguing with them for about an houre they gave me my mony back but not the mony for the $20 shipping, that took another houre to get back. later i tried to call back to make sure they had refunded my money, after i fgave them my order number and name they hung up on me 10 times in a row. they still hadent refunded my mony, finnaly they did.
