Unfortutionately I did not ask how much it would cost  to replace my watch battery. Never in a million years did I think it would cost an outrageous amount of $37.10 For literally 5 minutes That they had it in the back room.

seriously, I am not amused. I could have gone down the street to Walmart and bought a brand new timex for that amount.

i cannot justify that amount of money  to change a watch battery. I believe this was a complete and utter ripoff. I will never use this establishment  again nor will I recommend it to anyone but I will shout it from the mountain tops what a ripoff this place actually is. How can they get away with this?

this is highway robbery. maybe if it were a Rolex and it had to be done in special way I could accept that price but not for an ordinary watch.

Thank you.

Silly me to think that there are still some HONEST people in the world today. Today I called several other jewelry stores to see what they charge to replace a watch battery for a Citizen watch and it was $7.00 up to $15.00. That is a huge difference.

all I can say is this is the biggest ripoff I have been subjected to and I refuse to sit back and take it !!

I went back to this this ripoff joint today to try to get my $37.10 back....... No ..... NO REFUNDS ...... Really ?   Doesn't a reputable establishment try to work with the consumer to come to some kind of resolution ? Not this place.

Yes, it is expensive, but you need to ask for the quoted price for anything BEFORE you acquire/buy the service IF there is no price present to you. No more assumption. Hope this is a lesson learned for you. If you are charged this expensive because you does not do what you are supposed to do, please don't come here and complain about it. By the way, the cost is $35 and the rest is the 6% sales taxes...
