Here is my honest review of A+ Maid Service in Dallas, run by scammer Bill Larrabee

I have called multiple times to complain about the service I have received only to have a consistent pattern of quality decreasing significantly every visit. It is as if the A+ team is sent immediately after I call and the grades goes down to an F within a couple of visits. Iam to the point of believing the team is intentionally trying to get me touse another service. If this is the case, please just let me know so I do not continue to burn money. If this is not the case, this is the last timeI will complain. If the service falls to the current unacceptable level again, I will be forced to find another provider.I pay professionals to help with the cleaning because I do not want to worryabout it. My request is simple - to come home from work every other Monday and have a clean apartment requiring no additional work. Yesterday, and two Mondays ago, and most times for that matter, I come home to one of two beds without sheets, sheets not clean, papers and miscellaneous items shovedunder the bed (not straightened, just shoved), bathroom counters and showerswith items moved all around and put in random drawers (why things like asoap dispenser and toothbrush holder are not put back in the same place theyhave been found every other week for over a year, I do not know), pillow that had been in pillow cases thrown on the floor (if it was in a pillowcase and on the bed before, I do not think it is unreasonable to assume I would like to use it), rugs rolled up and not returned to their properplace, and toilets not cleaned among other things. This is assuming theteam comes when it is scheduled which it did not at least every other timefor a good period last year. It is clear the team spends less than 30 minutes as they are not there long enough to even move one set of sheetsfrom the washer to the dryer and the floors are not dry enough to replacethe rugs so either a very large team is coming or it is simply a rush-job. I assume the latter. If A+ Maid Service considers any of the above issues to be irrational, I am happy to discuss. If it is the case that this level of service is considered to be acceptable, then I may be forced to look for anotherprovider. In all honestly, I have never had this many issues with a serviceprovider of any kind in my life and the only reason I have not cancelled is due to the hassle of finding another. However, all of the time spent finishing the job of professional cleaners and expressing my dissatisfaction has made it more of a hassle. I am far from 100% satisfied as guaranteed onyour website. Please make an effort to help me get there in the future.

This is a rebuttal to a very scathing report filed by Luke B concerning his experience with A+ Maid Service. My mother always said there are two sides to every story. This case is proof she was right.

A+ Maid Service has been in business 17 years and has cleaned over 225,000 homes. We have over 3,000 existing and active clients. We clean 400 homes every week. Are we perfect every time? Absolutely not! But we will argue that we get it right most of the time or we would not be where we are today after 17 years. For those times we fall short we work very hard to get it right with our 24 hour return policy and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Luke B. called our office and made his concerns known to our office manager. He requested these issues be dealt with on our next visit. We sent our Field Manager and a team of 2 girls to train them in his apartment. We called him the following day after our next visit and he was very happy. We made a note in his file to send the same team each time. This cleaning was Feb 15, 2011. As of the posting of this rebuttal we have cleaned Luke every other Monday since then and is scheduled for this coming Monday Nov.21, 2011.
