A.O. Smith Hot water boiler not working, 10 year warranty - Company not willing to repair, replace or refund Ashland City Tennessee
Purchase a hot water heater from A.O. Smith in 2015. In 2018 the boiler broke down, have a 10 year warranty so it was replaced Feb. 2018. On june 2018 the replacement boiler stopped working. A worker was sent from the company to do repairs, the person that came realy did not know what he was doing. Well it still was not working and he said that the pipes going from the chimney to the boiler was incorrect.
I had the pipe corrected so I called AO Smith to let them know this and that the boiler is still not working. They claim the venting is still the problem and refuse to sent someone else to check the boiler. This house has been without hot water for 2 weeks, 4 families and a new born. If I could I would buy a new boiler but I do not have the funds for that and I don't know when these familes and me would be gettin hot water or where or whom to turn to for help.
