Complaint Review: A Plus Locators

Ed Hoffman, aka Apluslocators, aka Stan Lewis, aka A-1 Locators is a theif. DO NOT USE HIM. Paid him for a deposit of 7 locations for 7 ATMs, he didn't provide ONE location. He sent me an e-mail saying he provided all the locations for me (which he didn't) to cover his butt after I threatened a lawsuit. He laughed and said it would go on and on for years so good luck. He said he would have physical locators, then it turns out he was trying to use a telemarketer. He said it would be 30 days, we're 4 months later not one location. After 60 days I called him upset that he took my money and didn't get locations, he said he was in a horrible car accident but would get locations asap. Then last month he said he's "dying." Turns out one of the "locators" working for him says "Ed" does this all the time and changes his name and business name after he "dies" so that he can't be sued by all the people who he does wrong. DO NOT send ANY money to this guy. His e-mails currently are (((Redacted))) and apluslocators@aol.com. He changes these all the time. He is located at 16060 Ventura BLVD #299 Encino CA 91436. His phone numbers right now (he changes these too) is 855-250-6360, 888-398-4445, 818-521-7013. He does ATM locating, vending locating, and any type of locating you ask for. But he doesn't do any of it. He takes you money and runs. He doesn't answer any of my calls now, and said he's not giving me any of my money back and laughed at me. Really horrible guy. If there is any locators in the Encino CA area, with a different name, don't use him it's "ED HOFFMAN" but he changed his name. Please be careful! All I asked for is my money back, he wouldn't even do that.
