Complaint Review: A Plus Ultrasound Temps

I work at a hospital and have been trying to obtain a refund from this company for over a year. In the fall of 2015, they mailed 2 invoices totalling almost $29k for theortically supplying ultrasound techs as contract labor. Due to deficiencies at our facility these unapproved invoices were paid. Reviewing (after payments were cashed) showed that the individuals never worked at our faciltity. Attempts to call were initially answered by "Lori Parker" who never responded or did what she said she would do. Attempts for th epast 9 months have gone unanswered. The BBB of SE Florida has never heard of this business and could supply no assistance. I am convinced this is nothing but a scam, preying on businesses large enough to allow large payments to slip through.
