On June 5th, 2009 I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card from MYCREDITHEALTH.COM for $29.95 it listed a phone number which is 800-266-8173.

I called the number and it was answered by someone that says "Fraud Department", this I found odd as I asked if this was a company called MY CREDIT HEALTH, they confirmed that it was. I explained that I had a charge on my credit card from their company and that I believed it was in error.

I was then asked my name and also the last four of my social security, they could not find me in the system. They then asked my address and still could not locate my information. Then the lady after I stupidly had just provided the last four of my social security and address, said she located me in the system and that I ordered a credit report, I explained that was impossible as I did not do so, and requested a refund. She refused. I asked for a supervisor and she said she did not have one.

She told me that the only way I could gain a refund was to call my credit card company and report the card stolen, again I said that I never used their services, that this was at best and error and at worst fraud.

She disconnected the call. I called back the same person answered, "Fraud Department". I wrote to the customer service department and informed them that if a refund was not issued, I would dispute the charges, file a complaint with the BBB and Rip Off Report.

I believe this is a nationwide scam. It is unfortunate that I gave them the last four of my social security and correct address, believing I was verifying their error and instead was providing them facts they did not have.

On my second call, she was trying to convince me to go to www.IC3.Gov and file a complaint that I know someone stole my credit card information, this of course would cover their own theft of my money because I would claim to know the individual who did so.

Let's ban together on Ripp Off Reports until a state attorney general finally goes to shut this group down. I realize the amount is only $29.95, but it is theft of these funds.

One Technologies, LP and MYCREDITHEALTH.COM need to be held accountable.

also a product of score sense my credit health is a huge scam. they changed the layout of the website to make it look like everyone agreed.  Now say the same things as scoresense.  dont say fraud it wont help you.  I again can give you all types of information about both websites.  there are also other programs stay away from anything on line that says free and read the terms and conditions before you do anything. But if you chose to proceed and go after one technologies I will work with you and stand behind you I will tell all I know and Ill give names to the agents you want on your side as well.  those of us with a heart have left the program.
