I ordered product from this company in June 2011 at which time they charged my credit card for the full amount as a deposit.  When the deadline for this order to arrived approached I called to get an update.  At this time I was informed that the product was unavailable.  We did not have adequate time to place an order for an alternate product due to an event date so I cancelled the order both verbally and by email.  I was assured I would receive a full refund, which would have been appropriate.  I have since email over 50 times, tried calling their customer service in excess of 100 times leaving messages too numerous to mention.  The few email replies I have received offered me every excuse from power outages, snow storms, faulty credit card terminals, confusion, the check is in the mail....the list goes on and on and on.  Now they will not return my phone messages or emails at all.  Online chat assures "the right person" will return my call...hah!!  Now 8 months later I am out $1100.00 and have lost my patience completely.  PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
