Complaint Review: A Quality Auto Transport

I had car transported to austin texas from sc. when the driver arrived at the shop he said i have your car sighn this and pay me so I can unload the car. so he started the car.he said he had to unload it three times already. so first of all the exhaust is all hung up in the transmission linkage and wrapped in the trailer. so the car is hung up on the transport.so the driver says can you climb up on the transport and turn the wheel . I dont even know anything about these transports so then the drivers hits some lever and the trailer drops downs and the car rolls down a road hits a truck and then guard rail and stops. then the driver starts saying its not my problem and drives off in hiss tractor.

so my necks messed up the79 trans am that was going to the shop is a total and he drove off without giving ins imformation to the other truck. so we called and he said f u its not my problem .it was his transport that he had me climb that he should have climbed on the car was going to get restored ,so he knew it wasnt road worthy or iwould have drove myself and not paid them 1000.00 dollars to transport it.
