Complaint Review: A Real Chance Inc

First, I want to apologize to anyone that feels that any grievance with A Real Chance Incorporated as a result of the many process deficiencies that have been discovered over the past months. We are working diligently to improve in many areas of our Human Resources and Recruiting departments and we hope to perfect all of our processes accordingly. 

Please know that at no time has A Real Chance operated under any false pretenses and at no time has A Real Chance operated under any intent to harm or inconvenience anyone in any way.

To anyone that feels that they have been wronged in any way by A Real Chance Incorporated, please know that we acknowledge that you have every right to voice your opinion and we are available to receive any complaints that you may have via the various contacts provided on our website (arealchance.org)

For the record please note that A Real Chance Inc. is 100% innocent of all accusations of operating under any form of fraudulent activity and any suggestions otherwise are completely false. For the record, A Real Chance Inc. is scheduling new work from home representatives for work regularly and grant awards to applicants of the Debt Elimination Grant are being provided as well.

To provide all participants and applicants of A Real Chance with added surity that our intentions are consistent with our efforts to help others, we offer refunds and reimbursements for any fees that we charge. A Real Chance Inc. seeks only to help those in need and it is unfortunate that there are individuals out there who choose to continue to commit defamation and libel against us. 

A Real Chance Inc. has made multiple attempts to rectify any issues and/or grievances presented and it is unfortunate that there are few individuals that refuse to correspond with us and who refuse to accept our efforts to provide them with viable and reasonable resolutions.

I too was taken by this aweful Scam. I was offered employment from A REAL CHANCE INC. After they recieved my $10 for the back ground check I rarely heard from them.

For me its not so much about the ten dollars as much as it is about them having my personal information that I provided for the background check. I wont even mention the thought of have a job and waiting over four months to realize taht these people are not sincere.

I have been waiting a week for a respond for a refund. Now your phone systems have changed you have ignored several emails .  The fact that your websit completly is lying. Having charges against you for theft might be the only way to get my money back

Never pay for a job!  And, never pay to apply for a grant.

My name is Kimberly and I am the Founder and Director of A Real Chance Incorporated. Seeing complaints and reviews such as this one is very discouraging for me and it hurts me to know that there are individuals out there that do not believe that our intentions are good and that our motivations are pure.

First off, I would like to apologize to the author of this complaint as it is my understanding that this individual had applied for employment with our organization and for one reason or another feels that they were ripped off in some way. Although, we can assure and provide proof that the work from home positions offered are legitimate, we do understand that we do struggle with keeping up with all of the correspondence associated with the on-boarding process and we acknowledge that it is often very difficult to reach anyone over the phone. The recruiting process is very new to our organization and we have experienced many challenges in the implementation of our Back To Work Program However, please know that our effrots are completely legitimate and our motivation is to provide supplemental and/or primary employment to all who are qualified. 

Please note the following points which should help validate the position and the intention of the organization in regards to the Back to Work Program

1.) All Background Check Processing Fees Are Reimbursed

As communicated on our website and in many direct correspondences, all work from home applicants that provide(d) payment for the Background Check Processing Fee ($10) receive reimbursement of the fee paid. This is an election that A Real Chance Inc. has taken and is 100% VOLUNTARY. A Real Chance Inc is under no legal obligation to provide this reimbursement but as it is our interest to ensure all of our applicants that our motivations are to help and not to harm, we are glad to provide this reimbursement voluntarily.

It is the primary goal and initiative of A Real Chance Incorporated to provide supportive services and programs to all that are in need and it is my personal goal in life is to see that each individual person is provided the opportunity to be successful regardless of their social or economic status.
