To Whom It May Concern:

This letter serves as notice should in any way A.S. Alarm Services file any bogus charges, fees or reports to any of the credit agencies. I will be filing legal actions against all parties involved. All expenses incurred will be filed against all parties involved and not limited to legal fees.

I have a paper trail and documentation on all conversations, and voice mails with A.S. Alarm Services.

A.S. Alarm Service suspended my alarm service without my knowledge or authorization. My service was prepaid a year in advance. I have emails from A.S Alarm stating stating “since you are unhappy with our services we have suspended your alarm services”.

A.S. Alarm Company has a history of doing this type of activity and over charging customer's for alarm monitoring services.  I immediately notified my credit card company about this matter and had all charges reversed. I then contacted my attorney about taking legal actions.

I proceeded to investigate A.S. Alarm Services. I discovered the company has a history of ripping customer's off by over charging them for services, equipment, and other miscellaneous items. On 09/18/18 I receive an email from A.S. Alarm services informing me they will be reporting this matter to the credit bureau unless I pay them $461.27.

If this process is not stopped immediately. I  will proceed with legal actions against A.S. Alarm services.
