I booked this company nearly 8 months ago.  I paid in full at the time of booking for $650.  I was told that they would be contacting me three times before three weeks to my event.  It got to 2 weeks and I tried to call.  I left several messages and emailed countless times to get no responses.  Finally 4 days till my wedding I got a call from a DJ.  They told me that they could not do my wedding because it was too far away.  They said I would have to call the company back and ask for another dj.  I called and was told that I would be called by a new dj within an hour and a half.  I never received a call.  The next day I booked a new dj and called to cancel my reservation and get a refund, since the obviousally could not provide the service.  I was told several times that a manager would call me back.  I called again today to be told that the company is out of business and filing bankruptcy.  I was told that no refund would be given.  I never got any service, but they got all my money.  If anyone wants to file a class action let me know.

I agree 100% with your post of this horrible company. However with them filing for bancruptcy there isnt anything you can do legal wise to get your money back now. Bancruptcy filing saves them from having to pay back employees or customers for that matter. I know this, because ive spoken to a lawyer about a suit against them. It took some time, but it seems this horrible company finally shutdown as they should years ago.
