Complaint Review: A Solid Gold Sound

As with all the others I'm waiting for my wedding videos, it's been 5 months. I've been getting the same run-around as everyone. I did get through and got the same story about editors problems and that he could not find any replacements.

He also said that he called all 500 people and let them know there was going to be a delay. I said we never recieved a message and he siad that we missed it or accidentially erased it from our machine. I then asked when my tape was going to be done and he said he didn't know, the editor needed to look at it, but hadn't yet. I said I wanted my video by the end of the week (Feb 25 2005)or he would hear from my lawyer, he then hung up on me.
