DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
they will call you to take your money but will never call again. I booked with this company and they retured my phone calls until I paid. Their phone calls would turn up as "restricted" in caller ID, which I thought was very strange. That should have been my warning sign.

I initailly paid for the deposit via email. Then, the company sent me an email to pay in full via credit card or my booking would be cancelled, so they convinced me to pay in full by offering a discount if I did it right away. I thought eveything was fine until I called to finalize details.

I tried to call/email many many times to finalize details, but could not get a respose via email or phone. I tried for weeks to contact them, but only would get voice mail of various people. Once I did get someone live on the phone they told me their email address have changed and they gave me a new address to contact. Still, after I paid in full, all of my emails would get sent back as "undeliverable".

Luckily my wedding is 2 months away and I booked with another company by now, but I doubt I will get any money back from these rip-off artists.

Their policy is to send in a cancelation form and that I would get my money back via a refund check in 30days. I doubt that will ever happen. I have BBB in my favorites and will file a complaint in 30 days when I do not get my refund. class action law suit would be best, but I am not sure how to go about figuring that out. I am in if it does happen
