Seller that goes by username whyme35 ("Tammy") is extremely rude, refuses to answer basic questions and threatens to call police on potential buyers for sending a couple messages about items, that they she does not wish to answer. Stay away from this seller. Other buyers in the past have reported this seller on multiple forums for having a bad attitude and frauduently misrepreseting items being sold as great condition, when in fact, some are in poor condition.

Dear Paypal, I sent the below message via ebay to the seller this morning (9/24) "Tammy, I received the shirt today. I'm sorry to report it is in such frayed condition along all important edges (4), I could not even consider wearing it. To be specific: - The top of the collar over a 4" stretch at the fold, - the tips of both collar points, - half the leading edge of both collars, and - both sleave cuff ends along the entire length In all four areas, the shirt has been worn down to show the white backing fabric. These white areas are easy to see from three feet away. I will withold leaving feedback until you have had a chance to respond. Please also know that I consider your description of "excellent pre worn condition" of this garment on ebay as either deliberately fraudulent, or the result of failing eyesight. I have not seen a shirt this severely thread tattered worn by anyone other than a homeless person. Please handle this quickly and do not force me to send the shirt to ebay for verification."
The seller responded to the above email message today (9/24) as follows " Dear dunninla, My item was as described, im standing by my words and you can threaten with feedback all you want because i'm not going to stand and let you defraud me, remember i got feedback for you and looking at yours not so hot. - whyme35 " ************ "
I will be happy to send the shirt in question, at my own expense, to the Paypal Resolution center so you can examine for yourself the severe damage to this shirt which is clearly been worn to the point of unwearability.

You can see she bought a $338 item that was USED and resold the SAME EXACT ITEM SHE WON as NEW WITHOUT TAGS for $900! FRAUD, LIAR, PHONY!! If one person has taken the time to complain on a forum about her, and said that other people in the past have too, imagine how many times she has pulled off this fraud! whyme35 falsely inflates the prices of used items and FRAUDULENTLY lists them as new!!

it is a legitimate question because there are a number of sellers who have accidentally put information or excluded information regarding the listing. please do not be insulting to potential buyers.
"an estimated amount" for what though, because the 100,000 estimate is of an item that has nothing to do with the one being sold...unless I am missing something? otherwise I'll be reporting this item to eBay for misleading description

Right this is coming from some low life that sells trashed out shoes with odors - ebay has been contacted already and went over messages of harassment you should be hearing shortly from them. No longer contact me any more and report all you like rep said nothing wrong w listing so you take your low life self and find something better to do with your time instead of harassing other sellers before this gets ugly and i take this matter outside of ebay and if you think one cannot do so you must be mistaking.

Bottom line:
whyme35 ("Tammy") buys stuff that is marked as pre-owned/used on eBay, then fraudulently relists and resells the same exact item on eBay, as "new without tags" at a high markup!! AND, if you are unlucky enough to ask a question which Tammy does not want to answer, Tammy will make threats and possibly call the police on you, report you to eBay, and insult you!
