I PAID FOR A MOTOR AND I SPECIFIED THAT I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING BUT A MOTOR FROM A 1999 F150 5.4 VIN L MOTOR.  I PAID FOR THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT READY SO THEY WOULD DELIVER IT.  5-16-2011  I PAID FOR SO I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IT ON 5-17, SO AFTER I KEPT CALLING THEY FINALLY BROUGHT IT ON 5-20-2011 AT NINE AT NIGHT.  WHEN I SAW THE MOTOR I TOLD THE DRIVER IT WAS THE WRONG ONE, AND HE DIDNT TAKE THE CORE BECAUSE HE KNEW EVERTHING NEEDED TO BE CHANGED OVER, THE EXACT REASON I WANTED THE EXACT SAME MOTOR.  IN THE BOOKS IT SAYS THE ONLY MOTORS THAT WILL WORK ARE FROM 1999 TO 2001.  THEY SENT ME A 2002 E-SERIES VAN MOTOR AND IT WOULD NOT RUN.  I KEPT CALLING AS BEFORE AND RENAE ANSWERED TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT, THEN CALLED BACK 20 MINUTES LATER AND SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT.  1284.60 DOLLARS THAT THEY HAVE OF MY MONEY AND THE US MASHAL CANT SERVE THEM FOR COURT FOR SOME REASON.  THE LOCAL COUNTY AND CITY BUSINESS OFFICE HAS JOE SIERRA AS THE BUSINESS OWNER BUT HE IS HARD TO FIND TO HAVE HIM SERVED.  THE BBB TRIED TO CONTACT A TO Z BUT THE NAME THEY HAD WAS BOBBY PEEK  WHICH WAS WRONG SO THEY CLOSED THEIR CASE AND THEY TOLD ME A TO Z HAD 55 COMPLAINTS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND ABOUT 15 WERE SETTLED.  AS YOU CAN SEE THE BBB HAVE THEM RATED F.

The serial number that you provided for your vehicle fits several year model Ford vehicles with a 5.4 engine. A CERTIFIED mechanic knows that some parts such as exhaust manifolds, etc. have to be changed out to be compatible. That is why we requested your vin number from the start in order to get the correct engine. You took possesion of the engine on 5-20-2011 and never stated that it was the wrong engine. You were informed at the time of purchase that you had 15 days from the date of the invoice  to return your core motor or your warranty would be void. Which was never returned. Our company policy states under engine warranty " that all engine and transmissions are to be installed by a certified technician". We strongly stand by this policy so that any parts that do need to be removed and placed on the engine will be installed by someone who is knowledgeable about engine replacements and the varying degress of swapping manifolds or exhaust parts so that engines and transmissions are compatible. We also offered to pick your vehicle up and install  the engine for you, but that you would be responsible for the labor involved because labor is not covered under the warranty. You declined our offer. We feel that we have met our contractual obligations and have closed our file. Mr. Sierra is not the owner of this company.
