 It amazes me that this company can still operate under the same name and do business when they are utterly not fit to be in the industry. Theses jerk offs couldnt manage a simple interior renovation and ended up ruining my apartment. My floors were done so poorly I had to pay another contractor to rip them up and do them over. The staff or crew on site were nice and always went the extra mile but with limited resources and experience, they could only do so much. I got to know some of the crew members as I had became accustomed to seeing them in my apartment day in and day out, and I must say there were three guys that were so kind hearted and helpful that I wish I could just keep them and get rid of the rest of the company, particularly the owners and their PM. A-Z charged me a significant amount of money as I was told directly from the owner "we give the best customer service around". I assuned their workers were paid top notch for such high quality work and they would leave me in awe with the final result. However I was sadly mistaken. After speaking with some of the guys on a personal level, and they coming to my apartment flustered and drained, one of them opened up to me about the inexcusable disgusting working condirions of the company. I was told they are expected to work a minimum of 9 hour shifts and receive less then minimum wage as they are paid in the form of cash. To put in so much physical labor and not be compensated is disgraceful and they should be reported to the department of labor. After the guys attempted to do my flooring over, and sadly failed, I was highly upset and disappointed. I expressed my disappointment with the owner and he agreed to have the guys do it over but at my expense! When one of the crew members heaed, he was up front and honest and told me I should seek another company to do the work as they are not given the proper tools or materials needed because the company does not provide them. Once this had come to surface I was over A-Z. I took the advice of the one man and had someone else do the floors, which came out beautifully! I ended up saving well over $12,000 in money as well as time by using another company. I appreciate the honest feedback of the one man and will spread the word to my neighbors, friends and family.

Word of Advice to the Public: Shop around. Do extensive research. Dont rely of word of mouth, or even said to say, customer reviews on social networking sites, as a lot of companies, PARTICULARLY A-Z pays people to post fake reviews and create fake accounts to do it themselves. This was also something brought to my attention, and after spebding some time with the man on my site looking ovee their Yelp reviews, I identified several of them being fake. They also have fake reviews on Google as well, as the man pointed out, there are reviews posted my the owners own family and the owners themselves under a different alias!
