A&W Surpluss "AS IS" does not mean "FOR PARTS ONLY" Fresno, California
I had the misfortune of dealing with this company a few months back and only now after throwing away an entire storage locker full of speakers am finally getting around to dealing with this issue.
I had contacted Proxibid.com, the (reputable) site via which I found this seller to ask that they be removed for their misrepresentation of the quality of goods offered for sale and SURPRISE; Proxibid had already done so months ago due to a high volume of unresolved similiar complaints.
In short, as a buyer of pallate "as is" goods, I know the difference between "as is" and "FPO". This seller lists FPO goods as "as is" and thus fundamentally misrepresentes the functionality / quality of what is offered. All are encouraged to stay far, far away from this shady operation.
