My husband and I initially went to A Wedding Creation, LLC and met with Lisa (the owner) and Tony (her so called business partner)to assist us with our August 2009 wedding. We made our initial deposit of $100 in December 2007 and a $4000 payment in January 2008. Another payment in March for $500 then a $300 payment in April. This company did absoulety NOTHING for us for an entire year. Lisa (the owner and wedding planner/consultant) was supposed to assist me with finding a venue, caterer, DJ, photographer, etc. She didn't do any of that. I had to go out and find ALL of my vendors on my own.

Our wedding was scheduled for August 2009. I ended up telling them that I wanted out of the contract but they refused to give me my money back. Lisa's attitude is awful! She tries to protray herself as being nice and well spoken when she is really a low down dirty liar with a NASTY attitude. They gave me a "Store Credit" so I ended up using it for small things for my wedding like chair covers/sashes and tables. Since I've known them, several of Lisa's relatives passed away and Tony has been really sick, he had to get his leg amputated.

Not wishing anything bad on them but you can't treat people like that...what goes around comes around. I see that they have now moved to another location. It seems as if they move every 3-4 years. It's probably due to their reputation.

Brides, please save your time, money and energy! Do not deal with these people. They are super nice but after they receive your money...it's all over. They make alot of promises but do not deliver. I would love to get some sort of Class Action Lawsuit going against them. It seems as if all of their customers have the same story. They make it seem as if they have this wonderful team of helpers to assist them on the day of your event. When in reality, it's Lisa's children and grand children who come help her! It's very unprofessional and tacky! She brought them out with her on the day of my wedding and all I could do was shake my head.
