I bought a screen saver. It cracked, They told me to file a complaint with the manufacturer, They tried to sell me a new phone which I do not need or want. They call themselves a :premium retailer" They give you premium excuses. Always buy at a Verizon company store ,avoid these "premium Bull s*" places.
